What is a good leader?

The problem is that even preachers are human and make mistakes and sin and have fault. Everybody knows that, and knows that even the best Christian is not perfect. We are to strive to be perfect but none of us will be. What alienates many from the church is the ones who shake your hand today, and talk about you tomorrow. The ones who attend every service, but are in the liquor store the next town over tomorrow. The ones who say to pray for everybody but judge you and talk about how horrible you are.

What is a good boss? Someone who thinks that they are perfect, tries to act perfect, even to the point of hiding their faults or someone who is approachable, tries their best, may make mistakes but not just to appear to be something they aren't?

I know alot of folks who have left the traditional church, and to my knowledge, none of them are pursuing tongues, etc. They are, however, pursuing Christ and the desire to see the church function as intended - not according to man's traditions and mindsets.

True, the charismatic movement isn't entirely Biblically correct - but then neither are the Baptists, Methodists, Quakers, or any of the others.
